    When I checked in there were 2 women at the front desk, one was training the other. They gave me my room key and I walked in on a man already staring in that room. I went back down to the desk where they apologized and let me know they were pretty much all new to the front desk and the earlier shift hadn't updated the room correctly. They reassigned me a new room and walked me to it, knocked on the door and verified there was nobody there. I started to unpack noticed there was no fridge, with everyone new I figured I'd deal with it in the morning. In the morning I also found there was water all over the bathroom floor. I went to speak with the manager Crystal? She was in helping from corporate as there had just been a turnover in management and they were working on improvements. She immediately got me a brand new fridge, climbed under the toilet herself, where she found a very small crackin the tank and offered to have it replaced immediately. Being that it was clean water I let her know it wasn't necessary, I could just put a towel there as it would only be 2 more nights and I wouldn't be in the room often. She also noticed the lights on the vanity were blinking and addressed that issue as well as comping me for my first night that I was given a room that was already occupied. Yes, it was a crazy little adventure for the first night/morning, but it was handled great by the management, the room was clean, the breakfast stayed well stocked and they are adding even more options to it as of this weekend. There were just a few growing pains while training new personnel and it can happen anywhere in customer service. My concerns were handled promptly and everyone I dealt with was very happy and had great personalities. I would stay here again.
