The boathouse was a beautiful quiet venue, we had a poolside unit. The unit was very well furnished and very comfortable.
This relates to the unit 108 managed by Hawkes Nest Beach Real Estate. We were unable to get into our unit at 10.30 pm due to a second locked door for which there was no key. I rang the real estate agent with no answer I then rang boathouse management who was lovely and helped us gain entry into our apartment at around 11.39 pm. The real estate got in touch via text saying we gave you all the keys you need to get in. Which they admitted the next day they didn't. We will book next time through the boathouse directly.
