This large two storey home located only 500 metres to the nearest boat ramp and walking distance to Tea Gardens River front, shops, cafes and restaurants.
With plenty of room to bring your kids and the grandparents, this home will provide plenty of space and comfort for the whole family.
This property is positioned on a large block in Engel Street, Tea Gardens providing ample parking to bring a few cars and or even a few boats.

• Open plan living, dining and kitchenette opening out onto a deck with a small BBQ.
• The kitchenette is also well equipped and even features a small stove top.
• Ultimate parents retreat and or a place for the grandparents who may struggle with stairs.

• Rumpus room: Fold away comfortable queen bed with ample seating to enjoy the rumpus room.

Very generous space for big family or 2 families. 5mins drive to coles supermarket. 5-10 mins drive to the beach.Local people are so kind. The lifeguards are so kind and concerned. Only thing. maybe sort of inconvenient is bit too far for port Stephen, Anna Bay Area. Overall it s nice place and nice house to stay.

This was a fantastic property with lots of room to accommodate 10 adults. Will definitely be booking this property again.

Happy with property not happy using stayz , won’t use them again after they charged me $300 for the booking. Recommend going direct to local estate agents .

The only thing the own of the property need to up date to say there is blankets and pillows there. And to up date his beds because the beds were to hard too sleep on.
