    the staff were so sweet and accommodating! I didn't tell them it was my birthday and they left a small red velvet cake along with a full bottle of champagne in the room. amazing views and great pool. however with the activities in the hotel just be sure to pre-book if you want to do yoga or painting as they tend to get full quickly

    A great way to spend a few days escaping winter in the UK. Fantastic hotel with superb facilities. Pool was lovely, daily aqua fun for 45 mins each day if you want to join in . Breakfast was amazing, lots to choose from and also different choices , gluten free , veggie or whatever. Italian restaurant served delicious food and the grill bar by the pool was nice too . Lots of steps and walking - although there are lifts , so not ideal if you have mobility issues. Perfect bar for sunset pictures! A very nice , clean and modern hotel . Definitely one to return to .

    It’s a nice hotel, with an amazing garden and beautiful swimming pools. The staff is kind and helpful. But it’s far from exceptional. The receptionists are not what a 5star hotel should have, the only truly friendly person person was Carlos. When you call them from your room, they never answer, so you have to go and ask face-to-face whatever you need to ask. The breakfast buffet is abundant of delicious food including Bloody Mary or Cava, whoever likes this for breakfast. The location is not very good, this is not a front line hotel as advertised, far from the beach. It doesn’t have a spa, as advertised - just a gym and a small place where you could get a massage or a manicure done. No sauna and no jacuzzi. The rooms are big and comfortable. The bathroom is shower only, the toilet doesn’t have a toilet brush and the toilet paper is the cheapest on the market. Doesn’t worth the price to pay. Not coming back here for sure, unfortunately.
