    Stayed one night before taking a cruise. Clean, nice pools and fun activities. Would stay there again

    Hotel is in great location just five minutes walk to Fanabe beach,shops and bars. Hotel facilities are fantastic if u want to relax without all the mayhem in the main pool go to the fifth floor it has plenty of sun loungers and three pools to cool off. Hotel rooms are large and clean the tiled floors look tired but overall cannot complain the rooms are made and cleaned daily this is a big hotel and the staff work very hard. Hotel food is of good quality their are lots of variety so should meet most people's taste.Lunch can be hit and miss with regards to variety. Dinner here I think is great different theme each night plus old reliables for the fussy eater. Hotel Staff are amazing and accommodating I asked to upgrade our room from Street level to an upper floor with pool view it was no problem and they moved our cases to new room for us. Cannot speak highly enough of this hard working group of people. One complaint is the showers by reception that people use when leaving late could do with proper cleaning their was dirt or mould growing in the tile grout not a nice thing to see when everything else was so well looked after

    I have nothing negative to say about my time. Rooms are big and spacious. Pools are warmer downstairs but the 2 upstairs are lovely if you don't mind a cold pool. Plenty of choice in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and evening meal. All staff were always willing to help and very polite. Would definitely co.e back

    Could be a great hotel, food wasn’t great so skipped breakfast, went to the bar and it was terrible, I would stay here for a base and to sit by the pool but go out to eat and drink so much around hotel with great views etc
