    Great location. We were in the 1950 wing, a bit confusing getting to our room 347. Plus 4 stairs , need better signage. Good bar. Friendly staff. Very hot water for shower. Comfortable bed, coffee maker and fridge. Would stay again

    Heritage Rooom...no working air conditioning, leaking ceiling that partially collapsed. Hotel knew this when booking us in. We become quite ill from the freezing temperatures in the room, spending most of a day at the doctors seeking treatment. Initially supplied with a small floor heater to fight the cold but it did very little. Eventually the hotel moved us, late at night, to a smaller room than we paid for. Complained and we got an equivalent room. The hotel seriously could not care less about guest comfort. The front desk makes all decisions, not the Manager who is actually not on site. I would advise in the strongest possible terms that you don't waste your money with this hotel as we did.

    They charged me $10 per night even though in the amenities it was written that I won't be charged anything for parking.
