Le parking privatif / le quartier / le confort général de l ´appartement avec une jolie terrasse et la bonne tenue de l’appartement.
Matelas du lit du canapé vieillissant… La propreté à parfaire. La salle de bains accessible que par la chambre. Le digicode la la porte d’entrée dans la résidence non fonctionnel. Le manque de certains équipements : verres à pied, tire bouchon, manque de couvercles…rien de très grave !

L’appartement est bien équipé et dispose d’une climatisation.
Je n’étais pas consciente qu’il fallait payé une caution avant de pouvoir rentrer dans l’appartement.

La disponibilité d'une personne qui répond vite et cherche des solutions aux désagréments,qui nous tiens informé et reviens vers nous si besoin. L'appartement est chaleureux et propre . La place de parking réservée a l'intérieur de la résidence c'est top!
Une porte d'entrée avec un boîtier à code j'aurai préféré avoir une clef ou carte! Très peu de papier toilette ! Des cheveux dans le lit du clic clac!
