L'appartement est spacieux, possède beaucoup de rangement et est bien équipé. Le quartier est calme et à proximité d'un très grand centre commercial. Le chauffage est efficace, appréciable en hiver. Le parking en sous-sol est un gros plus.
Le volet roulant du séjour était bloqué en position fermée ce qui rendait la pièce assez sombre. Les spots au dessus du lavabo de la salle de bain ne fonctionnaient pas Un grille-pain serait le bienvenu. Le bâtiment ne dispose pas d'ascenseur.

The tram station is close to the apartment, just 5 minutes walk. It takes about 40 minutes to the centre by tram. It is close to a big shopping mall and supermarket, so it is easy to buy daily stuff that is not provided by the flat. It is easy to find the key to get into the flat. The view from the balcony is good.
The room is not quite clean. The sofas have dirty marks on them. All of the cooking pans are seriously damaged and have a lot of scratches. The tefal coating is failing and cannot be used. So we can't cook. And the hot water is not enough for showering for all the family members and washing dishes. The area is quiet but you can hear noises from other flats. The sheld of the window of the living room is broken, so it cannot be rolled up.
