La amabilidad de la persona que atiende, estuvo a disposición todo el momento, me gustó las recomendaciones y siempre nos ayudaba a tener las habitaciones limpias, nos brindó acceso y facilidades para podernos hospedarnos el tiempo que falte para ir al aeropuerto.
En general todo me gusto, es decir, no encontré aspectos puntuales en que mejorar.

El precio, la habitación (aunque tenia baño compartido, literalmente lo tenía al lado) y una buena conexión a Internet

Goede plek, wel een beetje klimmen. Yuly is erg attent en reageert snel op vragen. Goed formaat kamer en prima badkamer. Prettig dat er een keuken was met goede koelkast, waterkoker etc.
Doordat het hostel in een ander gebouw is kom je het personeel niet makkelijk tegen om een korte vraag te stellen. Dit gaat via de app. Het bed was een beetje hard.

Proche du centre
Prévenue le jour de mon arrivée et sans excuse, qu'il n'y aurait personne pour me recevoir, j'ai du réserver un autre hôtel pour la 1 ère nuit. Le lendemain, reçue par la dame qui fait le ménage et qui n'était au courant de rien...
Équipements sommaires dans la chzmbre: pas de table de chevet, prises près du lit qui ne fonctionnaient pas...
