La ubicación del alojamiento estuvo muy buena.
La limpieza en muy buenas condiciones.
El anfitrión nos dio buenos tips y lugares.
Las instalaciones relativamente nuevas.
Alquilamos el segundo piso sin embargo nos dieron el tercer piso y a pesar que le dijimos al anfitrión, no hizo respetar nuestra reserva. Tomar en cuenta en especial si tienes alguna limitación o eres de la tercera edad. Mal en ese aspecto.
En una noche, empezaron hacer una fiesta en la azotea, a pesar de que en las condiciones dice que las fiestas están prohibidas. Afortunadamente, después que le dijimos, el anfitrión detuvo la fiesta.
Este punto no es responsabilidad del anfitrión, pero tomen en cuenta que Ayacucho tiene calles muy empinadas y para llegar al alojamiento hay que tener buen físico por el nivel de inclinación de las calles.
