The location is fabulous and we loved sitting out on the balcony for breakfast. The host is very responsive.
It was really strange to have to turn on the water and hot water.

Contact with owner was good, allowed an early check in which was great
Upon the early check in, after we had been told the cleaners would have to be done. I had to shovel our way into the rental. It had been days since it snowed. So number one, the snow removal should not have been our responsibility, but in order to get in it was. There was no cleaning done that day, even though that was told to us it was.
