Staff was very flexible with our check in and was helpful on our arrival. Only complaint was our shower did not drain well. We did use the jacuzzi tub though and it was great!

Unorganized front desk, emptied room of our personal belongings while we were out on at an event even though we had paid for two more nights lodging, no handicap assessable rooms.
