Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. It is a pleasant place to stay.
Our shades didn’t close correctly but management came up with a quick fix. Our heat was not working right but management came and tried a fix which worked.

The breakfast was great, good variety of food that was prepared very well (eggs were just right, sausages were hot).
I tried to change my reservation to remove one of the days and that was a huge hassle. The customer service was unable to remove just one day, I was told I had to book a new room and then cancel the existing reservation. Why couldn't I just keep the room that I had already reserved? This is a failure of the uppermanagement that think they can get away with inconveniencing their customers.

It was a great location for our trip plans!
Half the bathroom towels we couldn’t use because they had stains on them luckily only one night stay and the whole reason we booked this hotel was because it had a hot tub and pool and when we arrived they informed us that it was down for maintenance. We would have picked one of the other 3 hotels across the street if I knew that.
