    Had to request the air conditioning be turned on. Spent the first night sweltering with window open and it was super noisy. However we found we could request air conditioning at reception and this made everything much much better in the heat wave and we slept like babies. Location is unbeatable, right between Lille Europe and Lille flandres, and right next to Westfield. Great value.

    Room was bright with good lighting and airconditioning. Not a lot of space but ok for the 2 nights of our stay. Short walk to both railway stations and plenty of dining choices.

    For Easter weekend we bookend this hotel for 2 nights. At arriving the man behind the desk had trouble hearing my name, in conclusion of that he told us we didn't have a reservation. After showing the confirmation of the reservation he could find it. Room is nog big, but good for a weekend. Chair next to the desk is nice. Also good to have a cheap mini bar. We had 2 separate beds. One of the matrassen was not good anymore. Cleaning is daily.
