The owner needs to be more transparent about the premises- not a hotel or B&B.

The property is misrepresented. It is not a hotel or B&B. ‘Book in’ is via a restaurant that was not open when we arrived. The one bedroom unit is in a block of units. The address was not provided until we had booked in. Two unit is clean and has a microwave and oven however does not have any cutlery or plates. Two apples were provided for breakfast. The bed is a double bed. I would not stay again.

Good clean, new apartment. Good access to train station, helpful staff.

Wifi was barely usable. It is not written anywhere on the booking that the property is not located at the same place as the reception (the restaurant). They kindly chaufered my to the room but I think it is wrong to misrepresent the actual location. Location itself was a bit noisy with the windows open. The property charged me again on arrival instead of processing the payment block on my card. Despite repeated attempts by myself to resolve this, they held that block of nearly €1000 on my card for a whole month.

We were there in Summer. I don’t think there was air con. Reluctant to open some windows due to proximity to railway. Double glazing all around gave typical Swiss insulation. Blocked outside noise almost completely.

Angenehmes Personal beim Check-in, schönes Zimmer, zentral gelegen und ruhig.

Ich wurde bei der Schlüsselübergabe vom Restaurant mit dem Auto zum Zimmer gebracht.

Bei späteren Ankunftszeiten als 18.00 Uhr wären erhebliche Zusatzkosten fällig geworden.

Schönes Apartment, herzliche Details wie Zuhause

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft und besonders die Einrichtung ist modern und mit vielen Details. Ein wunderbarer Ort, um sich wohlzufühlen. Die Lage selbst ist zentral zum Bahnhof und somit eine Top-Adresse für die Stadt. Auch ein Einkaufszentrum, Bäckerei und andere Dinge sind zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Die Zahlung per Kreditkarte wurde vorab durchgeführt, jedoch mit anderem Namen "Restaurant Olivera“, was nicht tragisch ist, jedoch zu wissen ist bei Buchung. Auch Check-in-Zeiten sind zu beachten, da Sonderfälle wie Check-in nach 18:00 Uhr Extrakosten verursachen, was bei Booking.com nicht zu sehen ist - im Gespräch mit dem Eigentümer war dies leicht geklärt und Her Olivera war sehr höflich und verständnisvoll für die kleinen Details.

Die Unterkunft bietet grundsätzlich fast alles, was man braucht. Jedoch sind ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die man besser vorab kommunizieren kann: Der Herd, die Waschmaschine und der Geschirrspüler sind zwar vorhanden, stehen jedoch dem Gast nicht zur Verfügung (hier braucht es mehr Transparenz vorab, da diese auf den Bildern ja ersichtlich sind). Auch dass das Geschirr und Besteck nicht vorhanden sind (abgesehen von zwei Plastikgabeln) ist etwas schade, denn immerhin hat man ein volles Apartment gebucht und würde gerne sein Essen auch auf einem Teller mit Besteck nutzen wollen. Bei der Reinigung bedarf es etwas Nachschulung, denn leere Bierdosen vom Vorgänger im Müll hinterlassen ein komisches Gefühl beim Check-in. Zu guter letzter dürfte bei der Reinigung die Servicekraft auch auf defekte Glühbirnen prüfen und diese dann auswechseln, da es schade ist das Lampen am Bett und im Wohnzimmer einfach nicht funktionieren (eine Kleinigkeit, aber dennoch potenzial für Verbesserung).

sehr angenehm und ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen wenn ich im Raum Lachen bin

super Lage - netten Kontakt zu dem Inhaber und sogar zu der Reinigungsequipe. Das einzige was fehlte sind Besteck und ein Flaschenöffner. Es waren 2 Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank. Konnte sie leider nicht öffnen (ein Mann hätte bestimmt ein Sackmesser dabei gehabt, ich nicht :( aber nicht schlimm :) ich werde das Appartment bestimmt weiterempfehlen, habe es sogar bereits :)

1. Der Zimmerpreis wurde mit Fr.175 offeriert. 2. Erst danach wurde eine zusätzliche Belastung von Fr. 30 gefor- dert, sofern ich nach 18-Uhr den check-in vornehmen werde. 3. Ich hätte vom Bahnhof Lachen um ca. 11.30 den Schlüssel behändigt, da ich wusste erst 20 - 21-Uhr (nach einem Nachtessen) bei Ihrem Restaurant eintraf. 4. Mein Fehler war: Ich habe die Rechnung beglichen, ohne zu sehen, dass mir Fr. 205 belastet werden. 5. Die Fr.205 war für mich ausserhalb des Budgets. 6. Ihre Institution werde ich inskünftig nicht mehr benützen. 6. auf dem Zimmer fehlte eine Anleitung, wie ich Schweizerische Fernsehen einstellen könnte (es waren nur Oester- reichische Programme eingestellt). 7. Ein kleiner Plan, wie man von dieser Wohnung zu Fuss zum Bahnhof Lachen gelangt wäre sinnvoll (nicht vorhanden).
