It was a very nice hotel, the rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. The only problem was that when I tried connecting to my hotel wi-fi it said "no internet connection" for the whole week I was there. The staff said there was a new provider so maybe that was the problem?

It was super clean and the staff was great. The only thing I would suggest is replacing the steep curved bottom bathtub. There was no flat surface to stand and no bar to hold on to keep from slipping. It was like trying to shower in half a pipe laid lengthwise.

Convenient location right off the i74 with plenty of dining options nearby. The buffet breakfast was delicious plenty of options to choose from. Overall the state of the hotel was average. You pay what you get. Definitely needs more updating & deep cleaning. During check in we were given a room on the 1st floor with dirty bed sheets and a very musty smell. We politely asked to switch rooms. We were given a room on the third floor that appeared cleaner & quieter.

Overall nice choice, clean and comfortable, the hide-a- bed couch was hard as a rock but beds wonderful. Elevator sounds a little rickety and was glad we didn’t get stuck in it!

Front desk clerk was kind and professional. He answered all my questions and even saw him with other guests do the same. Nice facility. Small critique: the dryer did not dry a full load. And, the shampoo/ conditioner is in a dispenser mounted on the wall. Says "gently squeeze". Well, no. It's actually a bit tough to get out. I mention because we were in a handicap room and just regular small bottles would be easier to use.

Usually stay here when we are in town to visit family, and it's always a super easy process to get checked in. Rooms are kinda standard hotel, but they're clean and the beds are perfect for my preference. Offering the free cribs is huge for me since I've got an almost 2 year old. Pool is clean and nice. Free breakfast is decent, just wish there were some more options maybe. All in all, 5 stars all around. See you guys next time we are in town!

Hotel was good location for us. Unfortunately upon arrival (7:30pm on 02.Jul.2025) the front desk was empty. Despite ringing the bell etc, we waited for 15 min for someone to show up. On top of that the coffee they had out was ice cold and the customer service attendant “Briana” was just plain rude…. I asked if she would make some fresh coffee and she rolled her eyes and acted put out. Horrendous really.

The photos make the hotel look a lot better than what it is. I thought it was a renovation, but really it's just a slap a bunch of paint and upgrade some furniture. You could definitely tell it's an older hotel especially the elevator. The road noise is pretty loud in your room. The breakfast was subpar.

The room facilities are a bit worn down, especially the bathroom and tub/shower. The hotel is definitely in need of room updates. The breakfast was excellent - great options, fantastic food!

First, the pros. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was very clean and well kept with actually good eggs, and the lobby area presented very well. The coffee station was available and refreshed all day. The staff and day-to-day operations gets 5 stars from me. However, the rooms were disappointing. I know "suite" is often used loosely, but the only thing beyond a regular room was a really hard couch and a coffee table/ottoman. I would expect a suite to at least have a wet bar so you can rinse a cup while someone is in the bathroom. There was also no table to eat at, just a desk with a dangerously reclining chair. It's amazing to me how little hotels actually think about their guests. This room that supposedly slept 6 had one single drawer in the place, and there was one modest towel bar over the sink in the bathroom. There was a closet and a few open shelves, but the three of us basically had to live out of suitcases and use extra towels because we couldn't dry them out. I also judge hotels by the price-point, so my expectations were higher than for like LQ, but less than for like Marriott or Hilton.
