We atayed 4 nights. Our check in Emmilin(?) was wonderful welcoming which was a nice surprise. Everytime we interacted with a staff they were smiling and helpful. Esmeralda (?) served b’fast hot fresh and offered w a smile. The best I will reserve for David (Shah Ji) a former soldier, retired, who was born and grew up in Karachi, Pakistan, as a normal white haired white person when she spoke to another guest in Urdu, it did not compute for a minute. The next sentences are not biased at all, he’s the most sweetest, happy, content person with a wicked sense of humor. He gave us splendid restaurant advice and rental car return advice. He shuttled me to convention center. Amazing person. He was the highlight of this trip.
Coming back to the property … all well, just renovate air conditioners 🙂 a bit (they work though). Since we booked via Expedia our Hilton reward was ineligible (this is why don’t use Expedia much now), plus due to Expedia were given first floor across the gym. Again we were busy with conference so so not mind.
In overall, we have had no complaints at all.
