We only stayed 1 night but our stay was awesome. Everything in this hotel was very clean. The staff was always super nice and helpful. It was very busy due to being spring break but it was still a very pleasant stay for us.

Toilet overflowed and 10hrs later bathroom still wasn’t cleaned and towels weren’t replaced. Room smelled due to dirty dishes left in the washing machine. Dirty dishes in cupboard. Breakfast is supposed to finish at 9am but they stopped replacing the food by 8.20am. People arriving at 8.30am didn’t have breakfast as no food. People complained but nothing was done. Management refused to contact anyone.
