This was our third stay with our family and once again, nothing but good things to say about this resort. The location, grounds, staff and food are all amazing and we will definitely be visiting again in future.

Gardenview room. It was an older room in need of an upgrade.
Beach was good - lots of sargassum which was being cleaned up daily.
Food was okay. Restaurants were good.
Service was okay.
The hotel location was good. We walked to town multiple times.

The good staff, room, staff, and regular restaurant servers, beautiful beach, reception area. Good food in seafood à la carte.The bad food in the regular restaurant, pool should be heated too. Cold doesn’t get enough sun, you have all the makings of the great resort except your food needs to be improved a lot. It’s pretty bad.
