Nice and comfortable newly refurbished and fully furnished 2 bd, 2 ba with large screened sunroom and patio facing south to capture winter sun. Designer kitchen and baths with upscale fixtures in both. Three TVs with TV connection in sun room. One TV can be brought out to sunroon. WiFi. Large corner lot with citrus trees; fruit ripens in winter. Close to recreations centers, golf, and shopping. Possible use of auto, Mercedes.

Ruth was always very quick to respond to our emails regarding any issues or concerns. The fridge died during our stay, and she arranged for a new one to be delivered & the old one removed within a short time.
We made good use of the amenities at Sun City West, and enjoyed the area.

Spacious, comfortable home. It was convenient to where I wanted to go and close enough to the 303 to get anywhere in the valley.

Our little family cannot thank Ruth enough for allowing us to stay in her home. She was extremely flexible with us moving our move in date sooner than initially anticipated as we were living in a family members living room and needed to find something much sooner while we were waiting on our new build to finish being built. We were expecting to be in our new build by the end of September but found out that was not possible as there was delays in the construction process. Ruth welcomed us into her home for the 3 months we needed until our home was ready. Any time anything came up, we were able to connect with her to get it resolved. Even with her being out of the country, we were always able to easily connect with her. Never had an issue with getting in touch with Ruth. Very minimal issues came up - washer, and heater that was quickly resolved within a day. Internet was a bit more but that was the company's fault but we were able to get it resolved. We loved how quiet the neighborhood was and enjoyed our daily walks. All of the neighbors we came across were very friendly. Overall, we enjoyed having our own space again and the screened in patio was an awesome bonus as we love sitting outside and we could lay out without any bugs getting to us. Thank you again Ruth from our little family.

Cleanliest could be improved. Had to clean before we could use and be comfortable. Furniture and all kitchen items need to be upgraded. To much stuff setting around. Sun porch needs usable furniture. Needs upgraded bedding and new bed in master bedroom. Excellent location and home would be very comfortable with upgraded suggestions.
