    The service, the hospitality of the great team from this hotel made my tired days energized and loved. I am glad i have chosen this hotel and although it is small as all are similar in London; it is how the feelings which lasts; not the brand or the location. .i felt super welcomed! Highly recommended!!

    Small but adequate. Chosen because a microwave is available in room very rare in London. Excellent location. Had power issue with fridge and tv short circuit which was fixed promptly and toilet has flushing issues. Small but functional. Staff helpful

    Hotel located 5 mins walk from Baker Street station & Marylebone station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Great location. Room is comfortable and clean, though I expected better cleanliness. Room aircon was good but not so for ventilation system. Could smell what was cooking in the kitchen in the morning. Do not expect much from the reception service. But the hotel porter was very helpful. Really appreciate him taking my luggage up the stairs to my room.
