Comfortable, convenient location
I arrived from overseas with luggage and couldn’t get into the apparent for 90min. The access code was incorrect and I had no contact number and no reception. Your Ai response was out of context and incorrect with its information.
I was sitting on the stairs wondering where I was going to sleep for the night. I eventually got some phone assistance via a lady who was helping me with the access code. It turned out I was given the wrong code and incorrect instructions to use the code.
