Fantastic!

The location is fantastic. The accommodation is spacious, clean, and well equipped. This was our second visit here. We will definitely be returning. Catherine is brilliant, friendly, and accommodating. I would highly recommend these apartments.

Perfect gem of a place

Absolute gem of a place. We stayed in apt 5, balcony and Sea views with a sun rise to die for. The place was spotless, full of sunlight and perfectly comfortable. The hosts were warm and welcoming. I travel lots, spent 25 years in the hotel industry in London and this couple have this accommodation spot on. Location was as perfect as you could wish for. I will return without a doubt.

The accommodation was lovely and the couple that run it they are amazing they couldn't do enough for you and the bed are the best ones I've sleep in when I've been away

Weekend short stay...

Friendly, welcoming owners and the apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Fans in both bedrooms were a relief as the weather was scorching. Good location....just a short walk to the tower but peaceful at night. Would definitely stay again.

What a lovely apartment - in a fantastic location across from the beach. Great size rooms, ideal for a family trip away and near plenty of facilities and shops. Perfect for a weekend away, lovely folks on site to help you with anything as well.

Perfect family place to stay

Catherine the host is such a lovely lady and took time to speak with our children, the property was more than expected for the price great space very close to the beach sooo comfy really enjoyed our stay kids want to come back next year.

Clean everything we needed

Location fabulous Bathroom as just been done up Clean but old but cathrine told us our room was the last to do up. Bed was comfy everything we need was there

Home from home

Catherine was the perfect host whom from start to finish went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The room was very spacious and had all amenities that we needed. We will definitely be returning soon

Nice venue . Good view.

Quiet area. We could all stay as a family and facilities were good.

People outside the property on chairs talking and laughing until 11.30pm so we couldn’t get to sleep. Curtains in our room hanging off in several parts so the light came through.

A lovely stay in a great location to all amenities and the beach.

The location was perfect. Welcoming hosts. Didn't use the kitchen facilities as we ate out but would have everything we needed if we wanted to cook. Nice beach views and a lovely breeze in the morning having a cup of tea in the living room. Would stay again if we visit Skegness again.

Not a negative as such. Just a couple things. The shower in apartment 9 was very hot and we couldn't reach a warm temperature. The water wasn't draining in the shower quickly so maybe a blockage somewhere. Also could do with bigger bath towels.

Well worth a stay and would definitely return .

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on top floor with own bathroom inside and sea view. We were so comfortable there that we wanted to stay another night. It was spacious and felt homely. The owners are gradually upgrading and this was obvious in the lounge with its modern seating, huge wall tv etc and wallpaper. The kitchen was dated but functional and there was a table seating 2 people. The bathroom was spacious. We liked the peaceful location and that it was just a 6 minute walk along the seafront from the main area. Catherine was very welcoming too and even offered to take our case up. Definitely worth staying there, even if a little dated, and we would choose it again.

Have to be mobile for upper floors due to stairs, but no issue for us. The water pressure is quite low and we weren’t able to adjust shower to a cooler shower. A chopping board would be useful and a larger kitchen knife. None of this detracted from our stay but would just have made it even better.

Very enjoyable and reasonable stay

The location was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable. All necessary amenities were covered and the hosts were welcoming and friendly.

The taps in the bathroom were a little bit stiff, so it was hard to tell when they were fully shut off.

Location was great, no problem to park (street parking and car park opposite). Hosts were very friendly and there to greet us on arrival, even messaged to let us know our room was ready early.

Room was pretty dated and certainly needs modernising, Catherine explained their renovation plans to us which I'm sure will make the property fabulous.

Beach Court is comfortable, clean and in a great location. Catherine and Dean are lovely and very helpful and hospitable.

The walls are quite thin meaning we could hear the neighbours at times but it also meant we could hear the sea!

Welcoming staff, very roomy and clean So much more than expected, we saw pictures and looked great but they’ve had a refurb since and looks even better! Staff couldn’t do enough for us, let us keep our bags there until we needed to get our train Would definitely book there again Great location

Fantastic location! Loved the balcony and rocking chairs!

Despite the owner telling us they had recently got a new internet provider, we couldn't get onto it. The cold tap in the kitchen wouldn't run cold. These factors were small and didn't spoil our over all enjoyment.

The location was perfect for easy access to the Embassy Theatre.

Perhaps a shower. There was just a bath but I know the owners are in the process of renovating.
