Nice little boutique hotel. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was a nice little treat, and the unlimited coffee was a plus. Walking distance to union square and all the amenities. And for everyone concerned about the homeless, there’s homeless in every inch of SF, even outside the fanciest of hotels.

Room was small, clean. Met my needs. Great restaurant called Fino in this hotel which we thoroughly enjoyed. Good that they have valet parking and you can park in front of the hotel without double parking.

Loved the old style hotel. Room was small but comfortable and had everything you needed. Staff friendly. Breakfast was more than expected and great way to start day. Fino restaurant and bar in foyer was amazing and there were some other nearby restaurants that were great also. Coffee machine and water in foyer 24 hrs. Handy walk public transport.
