Check in was quick and great! The room is beautiful and big. Now the hotel is at an ok location there is some stuff around but 10 min from center. The restaurant is great with good food definitely enjoyed my time there would stay again

A bit on the outskirts of the city, but the bus-stop right outside the hotel makes that a non-issue.
The room was nice, with separated toilet and shower. I would have preferred a slightly softer bed, but it was not much of an issue.
Quite good breakfasts with some variety each day.
The hotel gym is very small, but better equiped than initially expected. You can get a good workout as long as there aren't more than 1 or 2 other people there.

The hotel is very nice on the inside, we stayed in a room that had a "marathon" theme which was quite unique. We spent some time within the hotel playing table football and table tennis. They also had an xbox for my son to play on while I had coffee. There is also a small swimming pool that was fun. Hotel is in a safe area close to anything you need. It is about 15 minute walk into centre of Krakow or there is a bus stop just outside. Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall great experience and excellent value for money.
