    My stay was great. Staff was pleasant. Needs proper updating but my stay was quiet and relaxing. I would recommend new bed linen and pillows.

    The room I had shared a door with another room on the second floor. I could hear everything that the neighbor was doing and saying playing their TV above volume number eight or 10 you could hear it clearly through the wall. I complained two nights in a row about the same person, But nothing was done. On the third night I was kept up until almost 2 o’clock in the morning. The concierge’s came up. Ask the lady to turn the volume down and she said it wasn’t that loud and she wouldn’t. So after repeating his conversation with her, he realized how loud it really was through that wall, and he finally moved my room at 2 o’clock in the morning I would not book here. I would not let my family book here. I will not let my friends book there, stay away from this hotel. And after all that, having all the issues that I had with this neighbor, they did not even offer to somehow compensate me for my suffering… And that’s what it was suffering. I was here for a convention, and I’m exhausted because the hotel was terrible.

    Enjoyed my three day stay here, largely thanks to the extra miles that Ricardo on the front desk went to. Exceptional customer service attitude, but a pity it wasn’t shared by the cleaning staff. I had asked for my room to be cleaned which they did very well. I went to their room the next day explaining that I just wanted to say hello and thank them for cleaning the room. Not sure what the woman there thought I was saying but she virtually shut the door in my face! Appreciate that I was unable to speak Spanish but such basic English should at least have been understood. Breakfast was good although I did buy cheese and ham from the local Publix to bolster the toast and bagels, butter and jam that Baymont provide.
