Good place staying for saving money. It spends time to downtown. If you have time it is ok because you easily to use public transportation.

Unfortunately, my experience at Sonesta Simply Suites Chicago O'Hare Airport was extremely frustrating, and I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious. 1. Extremely Difficult Communication Contacting this hotel is a real challenge. Emails go unanswered, and there is no WhatsApp number available to communicate with the staff directly. Even when you urgently need assistance, getting a response seems almost impossible. 2. Inconvenient Airport Shuttle Instructions Upon arriving at the airport, I found myself at Terminal 5 with all my luggage. Following the hotel's instructions, I had to make my way to Terminal 2 to catch their shuttle. This was an inconvenient and exhausting start to my stay. 3. Serious Concerns About Credit Card Charges This is the most important part of my review, and I strongly encourage anyone considering this hotel to read it carefully. At check-in on October 2, I was asked to provide my credit card for a $150 security deposit, which I was assured would be refunded upon check-out. However, on my departure date, October 9, I discovered an unexpected charge of $427.22 on my credit card. When I questioned the front desk, the staff member acknowledged that the charge had been made by mistake, explaining that they had incorrectly assumed my accommodation had not already been paid through Agoda. The hotel subsequently refunded both the $150 security deposit and the $427.22 erroneous charge. I believed the matter had been resolved and left the hotel. Unfortunately, after returning to my home country, I discovered another charge of $577.22 on my credit card. This amount is exactly the combined total of the two previous transactions. As of October 16, a full week after checking out, I have still not recovered this $577.22, and the matter remains unresolved. This unexpected charge pushed my credit card balance over its limit and resulted in additional bank penalties. Despite repeated attempts to contact the hotel and seek assistance, I have struggled to obtain a clear explanation or a resolution. My advice to future guests: Be extremely cautious when providing your credit card details to this hotel. Keep records of every transaction, monitor your statements carefully, and do not assume that a promised refund means the matter is fully resolved. A hotel stay should provide comfort and peace of mind, not unexpected financial problems and days of stress trying to recover your own money. I hope the hotel management takes this complaint seriously and improves both its billing procedures and customer communication

急遽、フライトの欠航で宿泊しました。空港からシャトルバスがあります。部屋は大きく、清潔です。フルキッチン装備で借りたいキッチン用品があれば借りることもできます。いうことありません。スタッフはとても親切でわたしのような異国からの旅行者に親身になってくれ心強かったです。スーパーが近くにあればいうことはありませんが、サブウェイ、ドーナツ、コンビニは歩いてすぐです。
