On the first day we had an issue with our rooms air conditioning and only luke warm water for the shower. It took a little bit to convince them to change our room. But once we got into our new room which was even better cause of the location it was in we were fine. The food was good. One main restaurant with a buffet had a different theme every night. For me i prefer at least one restaurant have a variety of food every night. I would go there again.

Clean rooms/ good food/ great beach space! The only challenges I had involved a very uncomfortable bed- the bed was so hard, I actually had sore hips from sleeping on my sides. The other challenge was that drinks weren't served until 11am. Sure, you can get a mimosa at breakfast, but when on vacation in Mexico. I start my day with an Ojo Rojo 😂 But seriously, the buffet was AMAZING - we didn't even need to visit the themed restaurants - lots of options for all meals and it was all good quality. The rooms were clean. The cleaning staff provided extras when needed. Overall, a good vacation spot- would definitely go back!

If you want to forgot about the reality and have a wonderful vacation, Allegro is for you! We had our vacation on April 2026. Everything was excellent! Services, food, staff, territory, rooms, beach, animation!!!
They deserve 10 stars! The most impressive: very friendly personal, very tasty food, kayaking and sailboat for free!!!! The waitresses serve you even on a beach with sneaks and cocktails. 20 min walk to the center of the city. The beach is big and clean in 1 min walk. Very green territory!
I can talk unlimited how good Allegro is!
In one word - I felt like I was in paradise!
