About this apartment rental
This guesthouse studio has charming 1920s Spanish architecture and a lovely tropical private courtyard. The guesthouse includes hardwood floors, a kitchenette with marble countertop, plenty of street parking in front of the house, HD flat screen TV, queen bed, marble bathroom flooring. The courtyard has two lounge chairs plus a table where four can dine. Bikes give you quick access to the beach and bay, both about six blocks away. There is also a shared BBQ in the main yard.

Nice quaint property. No extra blankets if you want to sit on couch and cuddle. I advise to use alley and park on either side street. Easy driven all around island. Ned was comfortable.

George and his son are such welcoming hosts! They did everything they possibly could to make our stay peaceful and relaxing. George does so much work with the flowers and grounds that it looks like you are in a botanical garden, and the view from every window is lovely. We loved staying here with our small pups and so appreciate the warm welcome we received. Thank you for a relaxing vacation!

This was a getaway trip for a some R&R and fun. The house was very comfortable and has a great energy. It turned out to be more than what we expected. The neighborhood is so peaceful, we were happy just hanging at the house. We will definitely return. George was friendly and very prompt in responding to me at anytime.
