This elegant 1920s Spanish home has a large private downstairs bedroom and full bath with french doors opening onto a lovely garden. You'll also find a flat screen TV, hardwood floors, a ceiling fan, kitchenette with mini refrigerator and microwave, laundry facilities, bikes, BBQ and ample parking.

Coronado's world famous beach, ranked the #1 beach in America by Dr. Beach in 2012, is about six blocks away, with the iconic Del Coronado Hotel and it's fabulous restaurants, shops, etc.

Great location, communication, and easy parking (street parking but always right in front and always available)! Easy check in and check out, walkable to the beach and town.

We had a wonderful stay. Super easy check in and out. Plus they welcomed our dog Lira which was so nice! Enjoyed wondering the neighborhood streets into town. Lovely stay.
