    Overall, my stay at Estrel Resort was very comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities were good, and everything was clean and well organized. The only disappointment was the staff at Rok Restaurant. Unfortunately, they were quite rude and lacked professionalism, which negatively affected our dining experience. Aside from this issue, everything else was excellent. I hope the management addresses this, as the resort itself is very nice.

    We enjoyed our quick visit, we went on a Sunday and it was nice and quiet. Sauna by the water is very cool.

    Le seul commentaire que j’ai ce que les gens aux spa/saunas/piscines/salle détente ne respectent pas les consignes de l’espace. Par exemple: les gens parlaient fort dans ces lieux. Pas possible de se relaxer malheureusement.

    Initial room provided in check in was not clean - ended up in a new room “clean” that had bed bugs that used us as an open buffet
