    To start the housekeeper is the standard for top service given at this hotel! She smiles and always will help you whenever you need help. Erica the District manager, and her employees Prima and Krish are all outstanding when it comes to making sure the customers are happy! It’s so quiet and peaceful. And Erica insures her employees hold a high standard of customer service and communication.

    The entire staff are friendly, helpful and supportive. They will help you anyway they can. I would recommend all the staff get raises because they deserve it. Their leader is Ms. Erica! I’m a military veteran and I was so pleased to actually see Erica the big boss in charge actually with shovel in hand getting up snow with her employees! Now that’s the leadership needed in all aspects of life. Erica made sure her disability customers could park close to building. Erica is an important asset to your company!
