the staff got ahold of Expedia for me because I had surgery scheduled and didn't have time to call them and resolve a lost reservation situation. It took a significant burden off of me and I'm thankful for such a helpful staff. Thank you.
Above and beyond service! From now on, I'm using my Hilton Membership to reserve rooms.

First assigned room had loud traffic noise and noise from floor above, after asking for the quietest room available at check-in.
At 9 pm, went to the front office and was reassigned to a much better room.
Relocating was annoying, but much better accommodations and appreciated.

All was good. Breakfast very nice, area clean. Snacks way over priced. Would stay here again. Quiet, safe, not near places to eat.
