Room was spacious and cleaned daily which was nice. The pool area was lovely to come back to each day. Little things like no conditioner in the bathroom, no mini fridge or milk, despite having a coffee machine, would make a difference. The balcony was lovely to sit out on in the late afternoon.

Really gorgeous hotel, really friendly and helpful staff! The view from the balcony was beautiful. Great Mountain View! Room was clean and tidy, couldn’t have asked for a better location, service and amenities! Already looked to book for next year!!

The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of the pedestrian walk in Chamonix. Our room was well appointed including a balcony overlooking the mountains. The Spa was clean and comfortable and a great way to relax. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

My son stayed for one night camping the rest of the time and this hotel was pure luxury . Their room was upgraded the breakfast was great and they did a spa treatment. Perfect
