    My stay at Oklahoma City Airport Hotel & Suites Meridian Ave. was unfortunately the worst experience I ever had. I requested a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is only 10 minutes form the airport but I had to wait 50 minutes. I called the hotel again to see if the shuttle is on the way, and their excuse was it was taking long because they had to pick up another customer from somewhere else but shuttle would arrive in less than 5 minutes. They could have told me it would take long because I gave them my phone number when I requested. I waited 10 more minutes. The shuttle never came so I took Uber. I arrived early before check-in time and the front desk staff knew I was waiting to check in. She did not call us when it was ready to check in, (I was waiting right in front of the front desk.) and she was facing away busy using her cell phone. At check in, she did not mention about the security deposit, just told me my room number and breakfast time. The room was not clean either. I found a hair on a pillow possibly from a previous guest, carpet was not clean and a coffee cup had dust on it. It made me wonder how long it's been sitting on the counter or this room was not used. As for the breakfast, even though there weren't many guests, they ran out of forks after 10 minutes of opening (7am on weekend)I had to look for the staff to bring more. And they use TILTED conference desks as breakfast table. I hate to complain but this is my honest opinion. I never write reviews but this was unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.
