Very friendly staff. Close to the freeway noise but they gave us a room in the corner near the back so it was quiet.

Said they offer breakfast, they no longer do. The wifi was out our whole stay and they said the pool was heated but it wasn't. Many little things wrong in the room like the light in the bathroom didnt work, charging port near dresser didnt work, tv didnt work until we got a new remote from the staff.

Room had odd smell. WIFI was down. Was supposed to get serviced, but still down second day. Breakfast was a pre-packaged pastry. I moved out after one day and found other lodging the other two days of my trip. Most disappointing were the reviews. I can't imagine this place receiving an 8.4 average. They must have stayed somewhere else by accident. Only pleasant thing was the lady working the desk at night.

Tapping (water drip) from inside the wall woke us up both nights. Hairdryer was dysfunctional -- made a loud scraping noise when turned on, barely blew any air; unusable. NO WIFI FOR THE EXTENT OF THE TRIP. Coffee was put away by 9am on Sunday?? That seems pretty early. 😠 The WiFi was the most irritating. Clean room. Staff is very kind. Well lit parking lot and good location. Amenities are simple, but sufficient. No coffee in the room but the hair dryer worked better than other hotel hair dryers! And FINALLY a hotel that doesn't have signs of mold in the bathroom. Will stay again next time I'm in town!

Everything was pretty good - the Expedia site indicated that only accessible rooms were non-smoking, so we booked that. Turns out all rooms are non-smoking. The accessible room was right by the lobby, so we could hear the phone ringing and staff talking when trying to fall asleep. The shower in the room made the floor very slippery, but the bed was comfortable. The freeway is pretty loud - drowned it out with the fan in the room. The staff was pleasant and the location to our friend's house was great. Walked to the diner on the corner - also great.

The staff are wonderful, but this hotel is LOUD. The noise from the freeway hits the courtyard, which bounces back to the room doors, so it's loud from 2 directions. Wish I had been aware of that before booking.

Room was extremely clean and towards the back of the building, so we did not get a lot of freeway noise. Lots of parking available. Most of the staff was very friendly. The only issue that I had was on our last night when one of the staff members was stating I did not provide them information or fill out a form for my service dog. I pointed to wear it was written on my check in documents and informed him by law, they can only ask what service my dog provides and they cannot require me to fill out any forms.

Parking easy. Small property and walls are thin so you hear any noise in the courtyard as well as freeway traffic. It's descent for the price, no thrills. Clean and comfortable enough for a 1-2 night stay. Driving distance to the downtown area is less than 5 min.

I liked the friendly service and helpful staff. It is a good location by the beach. Conversely, it was very noisy next to the freeway. There was no light breakfast other than a bread biscuit. It is an older facility that needs to be updated.

The king standard room was huge. The area was quiet. The staff were very nice and kind. Quick and easy check-in. I wish the lighting was a little brighter. And the only reason I didn’t extend for another couple of nights was I saw a baby roach on the counter above the microwave on my last night of my 4 night stay. Before that, no complaints.

The room we had was spacious and had the amenities we needed including a large sink for dishes! It was pretty close to the freeway so it was louder outside and in the corridor, but it didn't bother us much. It was close to Legoland and say to access stores and restaurants.

This wasn’t a bad place but the first night I tried to log onto the Wi-Fi with the password that they gave me and it didn’t work so I had no Wi-Fi the first night. I went to the front desk and she couldn’t get it to work either little did we know that it was written wrong on the card it should’ve been just 9000 not guest 9000. Besides that I rented from Sunday through Wednesday and when I came in on Tuesday night they hadn’t made my bed or anything. So I called the front desk and she said oh they cleaned every other day and I’m like well that doesn’t make sense because they clean on Monday and I had just gotten there and then nobody told me like who does that I’m paying any money to clean my room at least make my bed. That’s what I pay you for
