    Bargain basement renovations in progress. Room clean but quality of renovations is being done by a couple of blind guys. Hallway had awful smell

    The room was clean and the location was perfect. But...the property needs a lot of work. The entrance needs to be replaced and cleaned up. The hallway to the room was dark, dingy and the carpeting was gross. The shower didn't have treads or a mat to prevent falling, not did it have any handrails. Fortunately, I had some pool shoes so I wouldn't slip. I was too grossed out to go into the pool (would have had to walk thru the gross hallway). Please invest the money and make it nicer

    We have stayed at this hotel for years in the past. Although it was not a fancy hotel it was clean and met our needs. This time however when we arrived (after a day full of events and dinner around 9 pm) keys would not open the door. After going to the front desk twice we had an employee come to the second floor to open the door for us. As soon as they opened it we knew the room was not going to be inhabitable. There was McDonald’s garbage under one bed, another was broken. No remote for the tv anywhere to be found. The bathroom was disgusting! We immediately asked for a refund and went on our way to another local hotel. Your company has been trying to reach them for days and they do not answer. Unfortunately this hotel has gone down hill and has lost our business.
