Everything was great and everything was clean

We arrived during the night - after 1:30am - and were happy to be greeted by staff and to get our room quickly.
However, we soon learned that there was no water. We called down and found that "there is no water pressure in the hotel, but if you wait a while, it will come back." We were ok and there was water when we woke the next morning. But that is pretty significant.

The Super 8 at Plymouth was clean and safe. I especially appreciated the kind and friendly ladies at the reception, who did their best to help me when one of my credit cards did not work, and when I was having difficulty getting a cab early in the morning. They also gave me excellent suggestions on nearby places to visit and how to get around. Many thanks for all your kind help!!
The room was clean, although the air conditioner may have been slightly old or not functioning well, and left a slightly stale smell in the air. However, as the weather outside was very pleasant I did not need to use the air conditioner and turned it off, and everything was fine for me.
Overall, I had a very pleasant and memorable 2-day stay at the Super 8 at Plymouth.

Staff is very welcoming and helpful with any needs and questions. I really enjoyed my stay here. I would book agian and i would recommend to my family and friends.
