My arrival check In was very slow and nobody to take my luggages to my room. Breakfast very average nothing special. Bathroom is very small and sheets not very clean. I was expecting something a lot better. Sometimes it is better to pay more and have better service and room.

The room was ample for a hotel in this area and valor. The room and especially the bathroom room appeared very clean. However as it is an outdated interior it doesn't feel 100% clean. The pillows were horrible, the bed was OK. What was really annoying is the poor sound isolation. You can hear your neighbors talk like they are in your room. Breakfast was good. Nothing special, but it had all the standard stuff you would expect and it tasted good.

Pillows are thin. Window in the room was open when I checked in and there were a few bugs in the room. There was a shirt from the previous guest left in the closet. Sand on the floor and on the top shelf inside the closet. Spider web on ceiling by the bed. USB port does not work. And the worse was I witnessed a lady who probably works for the hotel accusing one of the bell staff of charging guests 150 reais to deliver their luggage. She was cursing and being rude right there, in the middle of the lobby.

The hotel is older but is kept up. Stayed in a room with a king size bed. The room was big and clean. We have stayed at this hotel before. Very friendly staff and the location is a few blocks from the ocean.

We had two rooms, a double room, and a triple. Mixed feelings. The service was excellent, very helpful at the reception and the bellboy. Breakfast was good in general and they took good measures for safety and protection. The condition of the hotel needs some upgrading, old furniture, simple decoration, the quality of the fixtures, walls, floors in the bathrooms and in general is on the cheap side. The queen size bed was really two beds put together with the mattresses detaching a little bit in the middle. But the hotel price is affordable. About 3 1/2 blocks from the beach.

We have stayed here before. It’s a few blocks from the beach, but east access to shopping and restaurants. The room we had was big with a king bed and a sauna. Different size rooms to choose. The breakfast was good. Served by staff of the hotel because of the covid. For the money, you can’t go wrong.

Arriving to check in we got to room n we had been given double instead of twin so rang down to change room to be told hotel fully booked so can't have another room you will have to just stay hear even though I had booked a twin room. After speaking to reception for over an hour they brought up a kids camp bed and didn't even bother to make it just said there sleep on that the hotel is an absolute joke do not stay

This is an old hotel, but the room was clean. The main hotel manager is a decent guy and took care of a problem caused by Expedia not properly charging for the room. The breakfast was better than most in this price range.

Well located short stroll to Copacabana Beach. Steps to Metro station very convenient. Very small triple room, nice view to Corcovado. We loved the hearty breakfast every morning.

We stayed here for my 30th birthday and asked the reception staff for ideas where to go to celebrate but they would not assist. The only thing which the reception staff did assist with was arranging airport transfers on our arrival at the domestic airport - for more than twice the cost of the return taxi fare to the international airport twice as far away. Furthermore, we had to ask for clean towels more than once because the room had not been cleaned by 4pm. That being said, the pool attendants were helpful, professional and not at all pushy.

The hotel is good value for money. The breakfast is good and it has a lovely pool area on the roof. The staff speak English which was good for us as we speak very little Portugese. The hotel is a short walk to the beach.
