Lovely grounds

Staff on reception and housekeeping were great. They were able to get us early check in, offered to help with bags etc to the room.
It was a busy day/evening as we were there for a wedding, however most of the time just one person serving at the bar and not friendly.
We had 2 rooms, one was a little tired/needed updating. The second was better. On a hot sunny day both rooms were very very hot!
I was on second floor/dorma style rooms and the corridor had a damp/foisty smell.
Plenty of parking.
Grounds of hotel are lovely.

Breakfast okay, staff very friendly and welcoming.Good bar with selection of drinks. Toilet in my room could do with more scrubbing. Hotel is set in beautiful grounds; also close to Piccadilly line underground station. Standard rooms have no air conditioning. All in all lovely place. I will definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved the hotel. Lucy on reception was so welcoming and a great introduction to the hotel. Our room was really comfortable and had everything that we needed. We could hear the music from the bar through the floor but this didn’t go on too late. We look forward to staying there again when the opportunity arises.
