The staff were super helpful when we needed to change our booking due to a flight cancellation. The rooms were spacious and clean and the hotel was in a great location to walk into the centre.

Stayed 3 nights in July, expensive due to being peak season however we were happy with our stay. Room was spotlessly clean and was made up each day. Had 2 double beds in the room, beds were quite small would have preferred 1 larger bed. Hotel is at the top end of town about a 10 minute walk to the lovely shops and restaurants however the hotel provide a bus pass and can jump on the bus at the rotary park stop outside to take you down town.

Very nice hotel in Downtown Banff. Excellent location, excellent rooms and accessories. The only thing I would like to mention is that I had asked for a room with a large King Bed, but received a room with 2 queen beds. Also, the deposit at check-in $100 if you use a credit card and $200 if you use a debit card. Just FYI. This is this first hotel I have come across that charges 200 dollars for a deposit via debit

The room I had on the 4th floor was dark with a small window. The furniture is old and need to be changed. This hotel is overpriced and is worth no more than ***. It’s Banff not New York. The only positive point is the Aussie staff at the front desk
