    Everything at the Casino was one step below what I expected at the price range. 2 of 4 elevators broke down, the food and drinks were overpriced and the slot machines were tight. Boyd properties do everything they can to turn away customers from not answering support e-mails, not comping or recognizing Vets and Seniors, a small and dirty pool, to not matching Tier levels between Casinos. Nothing stood out as good and at best walking across the street to the Palms was 180 degrees nicer.

    The room was small, but it did have a fridge which was a plus. I asked for housekeeping but all they do is change towels. The A/C broke.
