When they say the rooms are small, they are small. I honestly believe they inflated the room size on the description. I was lucky to be a sole traveler but these rooms are designed for two people!!! Absolute joke, the door hits the double bed on entry and there is just room and I mean a corner that then blocks passage to the bathroom for one suitcase- tight is an understatement. The rooms are nicely renovated, the staff welcoming- however the breakfast is swarmed by fruit flies- they leave it out for 6hrs uncovered. I would suggest that the hotel get food covers if they continue with this type of service or get pest under control. No joke a flys everywhere . So conscious I sound like a total Karen in this post but truly if you are shopping about, don’t get caught by the pretty pictures. Oh lastly Agoda says it covers tourist tax in the price- it does not! Was forced to pay additional charge despite my invoice clearly showing that I had already paid the tax

We stayed for 2 nights and will definitely be returning, great value for money! Rooms are quite small but the location, cleanliness and staff make up for it !

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and was very disappointed with my experience. At checkout, I was charged €52 for city taxes for our family of three (two adults and one 11-year-old child). I was in a hurry because I had an Uber booked for 7:20 AM, so I paid in cash and left without asking for a detailed receipt or breakdown. However, after thinking about it, I still do not understand how this amount was calculated. I have stayed at several hotels during my trip, and none charged anything close to this amount. To make matters worse, the air conditioning in our room was not working. We had to open the window and sleep that way, which was uncomfortable. When I raised the issue, I was told that since breakfast was included, it would somehow compensate for the AC problem. I did not want compensation in the form of breakfast—I expected a comfortable room with working air conditioning, which is a basic service guests pay for. Overall, I feel that the hotel did not provide the quality of service that was promised. I would appreciate a clear explanation of the €52 charge and believe a refund should be considered given the AC issue and the lack of satisfactory service. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations.
