    Well first the ac barely works. It took all night to cool the room with oit door temp of 24 deg C. If you want to use the washroom you pretty much have to stand in the tub to close the door. The water piping is piped back wards for the shower hot and cold piped incorrectly. The water pressure is almost non existent. The mini fridge hidden away into a cabinet that is not vented and the freezer door missing. The beds are well used and concaved in the middle. If it's winter the beding blankets are basically another top sheet so don't plan on cuddling under the blankets in comfort. The door seal has gaps around it letting in the heat or cold. Basic tv package with out the option to order movies or stream anything as the TV is from 10 to 15 years old from looks. There is no demand function through the cable box. The room is at least a decent size. The hot tub for the facility is out of service which was a major factor initially for staying here and with out now just makes this even worse. The continental breakfast breaks food safe rules, hard boiled eggs kept at room temperature water, when I peeled the egg the slim and discoloration was disgusting. If my overall rating could be lower then one star it would be at best 1/2 a star. *** to stay here 4 nights is a complete disgrace. I would be hard pressed to pay even a quarter of that for this stay. Note the Vernon Recreational complex to use the hot tub there was nearly 18 dollars for non residents for again facility the has aged way past its time. Vernon residents only pay 8 dollars. This only leaves me to believe that these places are only here to fleece people with sub standard facilities. What a true disappointment. If was not for the fact I was not able to get my refund for this booking I would not have come. I tried to post pictures but the system failed the upload.

    Centrally located in Vernon, large room size with comfortable beddings. Great breakfast with sausages and boiled eggs, bakery goods, cereal, and coffee. Staff were friendly. Coffee was freshly brewed when it ran out.

    This would have been a perfectly adequate little hotel but unfortunately it was extremely noisy.

    Did not feel so comfortable right after we checked-in. Manager stared at me way too long right before I went in to the room. Tight parking space, back parking looks sketchy. Small breakfast area with not so good breakfast options.
