    Much better then the average airport hotels. Nice views of Boston and easy to get in and out. Quiet witj nice staff.

    This is the poorest Hyatt we have experienced, Reception at arrival was very bad and vey unfriendly by Mr ***, we did not get the Rooms we reserved and paid for? at Midnight during check-in Mr *** said that if we do not like it he will cancel and we can go somewhere else? Breakfast was included but the Hotel charges extras. Rooms and Facility are very poor; Services are very poor. We will not recommend this Hotel

    We reserved a large 431 sq ft Room and received a small 200 sq ft Room Hotel charges for everything without respect to the Reservation, Reception by Mr *** was less the bad more like for a Super 6 Hotel not a Hyatt? Very unfriendly and don't care about Customers? at check-in before midnight he said: If you don't like it I just cancel the Room. I plan to negatively promote this Hotel, this is definitely nit a Hyatt level Hotel???
