Tara ( front desk) and Rebecca ( in charge of breakfast and the room in which it’s served) were the most outstanding, efficient, kind workers I ever encountered in a hotel. I was welcomed with a cold drink and snack and a smile after a long trip. Rebecca prepared the best free breakfast any hotel has ever offered. She was always in motion, keeping the dishes filled and the room spotless.
I was a bit disappointed that after 3 days ( left on the fourth), there was no maid service.This despite a sign in the room that it would be provided every other day.
Tara, at the front desk, offered replacement towels. The hotel is not walking distance to much, but they do offer a binder of menus from local restaurants that deliver. Bed linen very comfortable and very large tv in room.

Staff is excellent! The room looked a little rough around the edges. Nail polish dumped down the bedside table and onto the carpet. Spots on the carpet as well. Not sure when the top blanket on the bed had been laundered last. I folded it down and went on. The property is beautiful and is close to the highway. Easy access to everything. The lobby is nice and inviting. The breakfast was good.

The staff was very friendly.
I forgot an item that I left in my room. The staff member that answered the phone gladly went to the room (the top floor) and recovered it for me so I could pick it up when returning home.
