    The only pluses were: comfy beds, dog friendly, Del Taco across the street! First of all, the ENTIRE hotel, rooms included, has an almost overwhelming smell of curry from the restaurant in the lobby. THE WHOLE PLACE. If you don't like curry, choose another. The rooms are ok, but nothing about this hotel aligns with the online 5-star reviews! There was something (unknown, and I wasn't investigating) in the corner under the bathroom vanity (about 1", round, metal), dirt in the corners that had obviously not been cleaned in awhile. Same with around the faucet, tub caulk. Orange water stains throughout. The bed was comfy, but lots of dust, broken light shades hot glued to the walls, broken TV stand, extremely worn corner chair (looked like it was taken from a dump and placed in the room, not exaggerating. I have pictures of ALL). The toilet has been leaking from behind for some time, as there was calcium buildup from water sitting there for so long. Eight shampoo/conditioner bottles in the bathroom... most half-empty/used. The most fun part to see were the hand prints on the headboard, and obvious drips from bodily fluid, also on the headboard. The toilet plumbing makes a screaming sound every time it gets flushed, which continues for approximately 90 seconds after. The partially working toilet paper dispensers had a thick layer of dust (from the inside of rolls) that was so thick I could write my name in it. Noticeable only because there was no toilet paper loaded on to one of the two because it was rusty and broken. Breakfast was a DISMAL disappointment. Very "off" tasting extremely weak coffee, non-working toaster, dried out crusty scrambled eggs, the waffle maker that was FILTHY with food buildup (not just like that one guy before you didn't clean it.... BLACK, crusty, cooked-on greasy buildup). The waffle station was also filthy.: the table, walls, floor... We turned around, got our dog and our stuff out of the room and checked out immediately, no longer in the mood to eat. My hubby, who eats "anything," refused to eat this "free hot extended breakfast," because the whole thing was just GROSS. Two stars. One for the comfy bed, the other because the staff was not unfriendly. No telling how this hotel got it's 5ive star rating, but I can guess. If this is an example of a higher rated cheap-ish hotels in Boise, next time I'll eat my Del Taco on the way to the next town.

    Pool cold, hot tub NOT hot and defective. Exit doors NOT securable, pool access gate unsecured, four police officers came from upstairs after unknown incident. Breakfast poor, last day scrambled eggs ran out at 7:40 a.m. replenished at 8:45 a.m.(shut down at 9 a.m.)! Poor representation for Ramada Inn. It appeared that there were long term questionable residents.

    Bathroom sink tap is broken - hard to adjust temperature; shower curtain is stained and very stinky; under bathroom counter needs cleaning. There were 2 light stands in the room. One should have been taken out as was rusty/dusty. Both were in a dirty corner, unvacummed. It would be great for maintenance to see what needs done in the bathroom -bottom of door, caulking, floor under the sink. Thank you.
