    This LaQuinta is terrible, and the worse part is the staff does not care. We checked in on Wed afternoon, only tyo find our bed was broken, you could hear and feel the frame crakiongg when you laid down, you rolled to the middle of the mattress. Our tv did not work the entire time of our 5 night stay, the shower had a big crack down the front wall. Husekeeping made up our room and dropped off fresh towels one time during our stay, we had to go to the front desk if we wanted towels. We were told the maintanence guys would be up tp fix our tv, they never showed. We aske 3 times to have our room changed, got a lot of lip service and excuses but never changed our room. We actually left a day early because off the way were were being treated by the staff. I ask for a credit for the day we were leaving behind, girl at the desk resfused, said I had to contact the third paty booking agent. Agoda. I tried calling once so far and got lost in their AI system the said if I cancelled or modified my reservation I would incur a penalty of $569 charged to my credit card. Great way to do business. I would think someone at Agoda might want to ask about this location. Hopefully between Agoda and Wyndam, somone will have the courage top credit my whole stay and address these issuies with the staff. I know I am not the only one who had issues there.

    Room was ok, there were obviously hints that the rooms are ongoing repairs and construction… the bathrooms are nice however it’s quite impossible to coordinate with the front desk prior to arrival, especially coming internationally and from a 14-hour flight. They were scolding me of not calling “on the day off” or during her shift for checking in late… hello? I was on a 14 hour flight??? And i’ve a week and a day before and they all insisted I call day off -_- what horrible staff they have
