    We enjoyed our stay and the closeness to Disneyland. The rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed here 15 years ago, and it wasn't much different. Our only issue was the shuttles. They were inconsistent, and we were never sure when they'd arrive or how long we would have to wait. It seemed like there weren't enough drivers to accommodate guests. Wait times reached 30 minutes on some days, when the driver had told us 5-7 minutes.

    The good: 1) very nice, helpful staff 2) includes free shuttle to Disney 3) nice pool 4) good food choices 5) beds comfortable The bad: 1) toilet had to be fixed 2) AC stopped working during a heat advisory. I called, and maintenance came up to fix. They fixed thankfully, and were able to cool down room. 3) water pressure very weak 4). Halls were super hot by our room 5) housekeeping scheduled every 3 days. You have to call if you need more towels, etc. They do come right away though. Maybe the rooms closer to lobby are better maintained?

    amazing staff and service. The hotel was clean the rooms were great. You get a free shuttle to and from the park and it’s free!!! Will book here again.

    Let me just sum it up. They initially told me they only had 2 rooms even though I clearly booked 3 and signed paperwork for 3. The AC in the hallways didn’t work. The AC in the rooms didn’t work. There were gnats. The staff was anything but helpful. You get what you pay for
