    Radisson Blu Hotel is located in the hear of London. Easily to took the Underground directly from Heathrow Airport to Bond Street station, and Radisson Blu is just across the station exit. It's on the Oxford stree, the major shopping street in London and easily what to a lot of sight seeing point. Spent 30 mins walk to Buckingham Palace. 10mins walk to Regent street. Room was tiny but still manage to open two 29" luggage together.

    Standard room is very small for two people we had to upgrade at the hotel but the larger room was great. Sadly the restaurant was closed and we had to eat in our rooms but the food was great and the coffee very nice. The reception staff are great and did everything we had asked of them even when they were under hectic pressure. Great position and close to everything.

    I have been staying at this hotel for several years, largely due to its convenient location and what was once an impressive level of hospitality — particularly for London. However, during my recent stay, I was disappointed by the noticeable decline in service quality. At check-in, a Filipino receptionist was discourteous and raised her voice when I asked about deposits and invoices. Her tone was unnecessarily agitated and made us feel unwelcome. The room assigned to us had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and the bathroom sink was clogged. I reported these issues, but no action was taken, nor did I receive any follow-up or acknowledgment. Although the check-out experience was slightly better, the female staff member assisting us appeared indifferent and disengaged. Overall, the friendliness and professionalism that once defined this property seem to have faded. The hotel’s location remains excellent, but staff attitude and responsiveness now fall short of the standards long-time guests like myself have come to expect.
